1. Information we collect
When you use Viora AI, you may upload photos that are processed by our AI models. We also collect basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, locale) and an anonymous device identifier for quota tracking. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name from those providers.
2. How we use photos
Photos are uploaded to our secure storage and sent to AI inference providers (currently Replicate) to produce the transformation you request. Input photos are automatically deleted from our storage after 30 days. Output photos are kept while you have an account so you can access your gallery. You can delete any output at any time.
3. Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We verify each purchase with Google’s Play Developer API and store only the subscription status, product id, purchase token and expiry date. We never see your payment card information.
4. Analytics & crash reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how the app performs and to fix crashes. We also use Vercel Analytics on the website. None of these contain personally identifying information.
5. Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing destek@aivoralabs.net. We will respond within 30 days.
